Description
The Role We are looking for a technician to assemble, test and debug custom PCBs and drones. The Work Assembly of systems including various sensors, 3D printed parts, carbon fibre parts, motors, controllers and other related components. Soldering, crimping, drilling, sanding, grinding, and handling various manufacturing tools. Searching, dealing and coordinating with vendors for manufacturing and local purchases. Soldering wires, preparing harnesses, and soldering SMD components. Handling Basic electronics. Strictly following all the safety hygiene. We’re looking for someone with Knowledge of PCB assembly, SMD soldering, Hardware tools, crimping, fasteners and adhesives. Has an instinct for good routing and tidy assemblies in a reliable and scalable way. Expereince with Laptop and Mobile PCB Repairing. Experience with Soldering 0402 components, QFNs, BGA, QFP packages, and fine pitch connectors. Expereince with Soldering Equipment, microscope, Multimeter, Oscilloscope and SMD Rework Station. Bonus if you: Have experience with drones. Has experience in maintenance, carpentry etc. Has experience with 3D Printing.
