Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Technician Trainer located in Delhi Cantonment. The Solar Technician Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing trainees’ progress. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting solar systems, providing hands-on demonstrations, and ensuring trainees understand the various components of solar power generation. Additionally, the trainer will be required to maintain training equipment and stay updated on the latest developments in the solar industry.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Power Generation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement training programs
• Previous training or teaching experience is a plus
• Diploma or degree in a related field is preferred
