Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission solar power systems at client sites.
• Conduct site inspections and assist in system layout and mounting structure setup.
• Perform electrical wiring, connections, and panel mounting as per technical standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair solar PV systems, inverters, and other components.
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and site documentation properly.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, or electrical work (freshers with technical knowledge can also apply).
• Good understanding of solar PV systems and electrical connections.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to travel to project sites.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
