Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician (Male) to install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar installation, electrical systems, and troubleshooting, with a strong commitment to safety and quality work/Freshers can also apply

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Conduct site assessments, measurements, and feasibility checks before installation.
Perform electrical wiring, mounting of solar panels, and connection of inverters, batteries, and other components.
Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out corrective maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly service and installation reports.
Provide guidance and technical support to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy or related field.
Proven experience in solar PV installation and maintenance (minimum 1–2 years preferred/Freshers Can also apply).
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and solar equipment.
Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors and at heights.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
