Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Technician located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV systems. Day-to-day tasks include site assessment, system design, installation, and ensuring optimal performance of solar power systems. The technician will also be responsible for updating maintenance records and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power
• Skills in Troubleshooting and Power Generation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is a plus
• Experience in installing and maintaining solar PV systems is advantageous
