Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Technician located in Jaipur. The Solar Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar power systems. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting solar installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, diagnosing system performance issues, and assisting with power generation system optimization. Collaborating with the team to support operational efficiency and environmental sustainability will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power technologies
• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to solar installations
• Understanding of Power Generation systems and processes
• Ability to work on-site and adhere to safety protocols and standards
• Relevant certifications or training in solar technology is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physical tasks
