Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shimla for a Solar Specialist. The Solar Specialist will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing solar systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The role includes evaluating site feasibility, conducting energy performance analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with other teams to deliver energy solutions. Additionally, the Solar Specialist will keep up to date on the latest trends and advancements in solar and renewable energy technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems
Understanding of Wind Energy and Power Generation concepts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate site suitability and system performance
Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols
Experience with renewable energy projects is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or related field
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
