Solar Specialist

As a Solar Expert at Bharat EcoFuels Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading and executing solar projects across on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid systems. Your role involves designing, planning, and overseeing solar power projects including On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid, and Solar EPC. You will conduct site assessments, prepare technical proposals, manage installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design, plan, and oversee solar power projects including On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid, and Solar EPC. - Conduct site assessments and prepare technical proposals. - Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems. - Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth project execution. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering. - 3+ years of experience in solar EPC or related projects. - Strong understanding of solar power systems, inverters, and load management. - Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills.
