Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: - Identify and pursue new opportunities within the solar energy market. - Build strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to drive growth in the renewable energy sector. - Site Evaluation: - Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate property suitability for solar panel installations. - Consider factors such as location, roof structure, sunlight exposure, and energy requirements. - Installation Support: - Provide hands-on assistance during the installation of solar systems to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and performance. - Participate in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during or after installation. - Project Coordination: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, suppliers, and contractors, to ensure the smooth execution of solar projects. - Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress to meet client expectations effectively. - Client Relations: - Support customers throughout the installation and maintenance phases, offering technical guidance and ensuring optimal system performance. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualifications: - B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electrical, Renewable Energy, Electronics, or related fields. - Work Experience: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solar energy, with a background in solar marketing, sales, EV charging, or technical support preferred. - Experience in solar system installation or maintenance is highly advantageous. - Technical Knowledge: - Solid understanding of solar technology, system components (e.g., panels, inverters, batteries), and installation processes. - Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and system optimization is essential for this role. Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proactive and self-driven approach to work, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
