Solar Site Engineer

We are seeking a Solar Site Engineer to join our growing team and contribute significantly to the deployment of solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new opportunities within the solar energy market. Build strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to drive growth in the renewable

Site Evaluation:

• Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of properties for solar panel installations. Consider factors like location, roof structure, sunlight exposure, and energy requirements.

Installation Support:

• Provide hands-on assistance during the installation of solar systems, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and performance. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during or after installation.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technical staff, suppliers, and contractors—to ensure smooth execution of solar projects. Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress to meet client expectations.

Client Relations:

• Support customers throughout the installation and maintenance phases. Provide technical guidance and ensure systems are performing optimally.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electrical, Renewable Energy, Electronics, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solar energy, including roles in solar marketing, sales, EV charging, or technical support. Experience in solar system installation or maintenance is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

• A solid understanding of solar technology, system components (e.g., panels, inverters, batteries), and installation processes. Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and system optimization is essential.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, self-driven approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
