Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Solar Sales Specialist/Sales Engineer based in Thiruvananthapuram. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, providing detailed information about solar energy products, and preparing tailored solar solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. The role requires hands-on involvement in sales strategies, customer training, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting customers through every stage of their journey toward adopting solar energy solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
  • Sales and Sales Management experience with knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Experience in Training customers or teams on energy solutions and product offerings
  • Proficiency in the solar energy industry or a related field is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; additional certifications in solar or sales will be considered a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and an ability to propose innovative solutions to meet customer needs
