Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Thiruvananthapuram, Karnataka and Tamilnadu. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential markets, engaging with prospective clients, managing sales processes, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. The role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management abilitie Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, electrical or a related field Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
