Rooted in nature-based thinking, we aim to power a greener tomorrow.️ Role Overview:We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with a strong electrical background to conduct on-ground solar site visits across Delhi NCR. The site visits will be pre-scheduled by our tele-calling team, and the candidate will also be responsible for a few self-initiated follow-up calls with potential customers.Key Reaponsibilities✅ Visit customer sites for solar assessment visits (appointments scheduled in advance)✅ Conduct technical evaluations – rooftop space, shading, electrical load✅ Explain the benefits of solar power and our product offerings to customers✅ Assist in lead conversion through field-level persuasion and technical know-how✅ Make follow-up calls and visits to potential customers as per assignments✅ Provide detailed reports, site photographs, and feedback from visits✅ Act as a bridge between the on-site realities and back-end team coordination🎯 Who We’re Looking For:✔️ Experience in Field Sales / B2C Sales – preferably in Solar, Electrical, or Energy industries✔️ Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (must)✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills✔️ Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effectively✔️ Should own a bike/two-wheeler or have the ability to travel regularly within Delhi NCR✔️ Must be comfortable with hands-on fieldwork and outdoor customer metings💸 Compensation & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹21,000 per monthBonus (Performance-Based): Up to ₹50,000/monthTravel Allowance: As peractualsGrowth Opportunity: Be part of a fast-growing clean energy start-upMission Impact: Help India transition to solar, one rooftop attime📩 How toApply:Please apply via dropping your CV on our whstapp number-9315879086
