Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our growing renewable energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential customers, and closing residential or commercial solar system sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sustainability, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue through direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess their energy needs and explain the benefits of solar power.
  • Provide customized solar solutions, proposals, and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to signed contract.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of solar products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships to build long-term client loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
