You will be a key member of our team as a Solar Sales and Marketing Executive. Your main responsibilities will include promoting and selling solar energy solutions to both residential and commercial clients, as well as generating leads, fostering relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Your tasks will involve developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. You will conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments. Additionally, you will be expected to actively seek out new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. It will be essential for you to stay informed about industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity, and collaborate with various teams, including installation and service teams. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the solar industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are a must, along with excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required, along with knowledge of solar products and services. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel, if necessary, are also necessary.
