Solar Sales Executive

As a Solar Sales Executive at Galaxsunsolars, your role will involve driving solar adoption, generating new leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for local marketing efforts to create awareness about solar energy and grow our brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Drive solar adoption and generate new leads - Close deals with customers - Build strong relationships with customers - Conduct local marketing efforts to create awareness about solar energy - Grow Galaxsunsolars brand presence in the market Qualifications Required: - Minimum education requirement is PUC (12th pass), Diploma/Degree holders welcome - 3 years of sales experience required, experience in solar/renewable energy preferred but not mandatory - Fluent in Kannada and basic English, knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus - Preferably have a two-wheeler and valid driving license for field visits - Age between 20-35 years preferred In addition to the base compensation structure, during the probation period (first 2 months), you will receive a stipend of 20,000 per month with a target of closing a minimum of 3 successful solar projects by the end of the second month. A bonus will be paid upon achieving the target, pro-rated for partial achievement. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the permanent role offers a total CTC of 30,000 per month, with 70% fixed salary at 20,000 per month and 30% performance-based at 10,000 per month upon meeting monthly targets. You will also have the opportunity for extra commission for commercial project closures and overachievement bonuses. As a full-time Solar Sales Executive at Galaxsunsolars, you will receive commuter assistance as a benefit. The work location will be in person.
