Solar Sales cum Testing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
• Conduct client meetings, explain product offerings, and provide customized solar solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.

Technical & Testing

• Perform on-site testing, installation supervision, and commissioning of solar power systems.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure systems meet performance standards and compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide corrective actions.
• Support in preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Work with the project team to ensure smooth handover of solar systems to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
• 0–2 years of experience in solar sales and/or solar project testing & commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and testing procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of projects.
