Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Sales Business Development Manager located in Lucknow. The Solar Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the solar energy sector. The role involves conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and presenting solar solutions to potential clients. The manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Qualifications Proven track record in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including on-grid and off-grid solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies Experience in conducting market research and analyzing market trends Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Willingness to travel as needed Show more Show less
