Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in the installation of solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, junction boxes, and cabling. Handle DC and AC electrical connections, cable terminations, and earthing. Replace fuses, connectors, MC4s, surge protection devices, and circuit breakers as needed. Perform electrical safety tests (insulation, continuity, grounding checks). Familiarity with solar inverter brands (e.g., Solis, Sungrow, SMA, etc.). Ability to use multimeter, insulation tester, and other electrical tools. Basic understanding of solar PV system architecture, grid connectivity, and troubleshooting. Must-Have QualificationsITI / Diploma (Electrical) or JOC Apprentice certificate Valid Andhra Pradesh / Telangana Wireman or Supervisor Licence 1+ yrs hands-on in rooftop or ground-mount solar electrical works (≥ 30 kW per site) Confident with multimeter, insulation tester, IV-curve tracer & thermal camera Able to read SLDs, earthing layouts & cable schedules Nice-to-HaveExperience with SolarEdge / Enphase / Sungrow string inverters Familiar with PVsyst or plant SCADA dashboards
