Solar Project Installer (Installation & Service)

Job Description

DWATT Energy Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Project Installer to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar power systems . You will be working directly on customer sites ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Key Responsibilities: Install solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components on rooftops and ground-mount systems Conduct electrical wiring, system connections, and ensure compliance with safety codes Perform testing and commissioning of solar systems Handle maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of installed systems Conduct site surveys and assist with load calculations Collaborate with the project coordinator and ensure timely completion Maintain proper records of installation and service work Educate customers on system operation and basic maintenance Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics (Preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in solar installation (freshers with strong technical skills can apply) Good knowledge of DC/AC systems, inverters, batteries, wiring, and safety protocols Ability to work at heights and on rooftops with appropriate safety gear Willing to travel to project sites across Kerala Strong teamwork and communication skills Valid two-wheeler license (preferred) What We Offer: Fixed salary + Travel allowance + Overtime + Incentives On-the-job training and upskilling opportunities Career growth in the fast-growing renewable energy sector Supportive team and work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,824.03 - ₹19,890.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: Electrical/Solar Installation: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
