Solar Project Co-Ordinator

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar project coordination or a related role in the renewable energy sector.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of solar projects, from initial planning to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct detailed site assessments, coordinate with site teams, and ensure that all site activities comply with project requirements and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, technical specifications, and any other required documentation.
• Proactively identify and resolve site-related issues, working closely with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and other agreements with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of site work and field operations in solar projects.
• Ability to prepare detailed project documentation and reports.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle site-related issues effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
