Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Installer located in Jaipur. The Solar Installer will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar power systems on rooftops and other structures. Daily tasks include measuring and assembling the support structure for solar panels, ensuring all installations comply with safety and industry standards. The installer will also use various hand and power tools to complete installations, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems
• Experience using Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Understanding of the Solar Industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good physical condition and ability to work at heights
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
• Previous experience in solar installations or a related field is a plus
• Technical certification or relevant training in solar installation or electrical work
