Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Solar EPC Sales Manager, based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and securing new business opportunities within the solar EPC sector. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, proposal development, project management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver client requirements and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and business development in the solar EPC industry
Strong project management and client relationship management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop proposals, conduct market research, and generate leads
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
