Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Solar EPC Regional Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. The role involves managing regional sales activities, including developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential customers, and maintaining relationships with clients. The candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts. Regularly reporting on sales performance and handling customer inquiries are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Knowledge of Solar EPC industry and technical aspects related to solar energy products
• Skills in Market Research, Marketing Strategies, and Business Development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage regional sales teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
