Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Installer located in Vadodara. The Solar Installer will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar power systems. Day-to-day tasks include assembling, installing, and maintaining solar panels on rooftops or other structures, troubleshooting system issues, using hand and power tools for installation, and ensuring that all work is done in compliance with safety and building regulations. The role requires a commitment to working outdoors and at various heights, with occasional travel to different project sites.

Qualifications

Experience with Solar Power and Solar Systems
Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools
Knowledge of the Solar Industry
Ability to work outdoors and at heights
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in solar installation preferred
