Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop solar PV system layouts, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations.
Prepare AutoCAD drawings, single line diagrams (SLD), and system sizing calculations.
Conduct site surveys and evaluate feasibility for solar installations.
Provide technical guidance and training to field technicians during installation and commissioning.
Ensure installations comply with safety, electrical, and renewable energy standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at project sites.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and project managers to ensure timely project execution.
Maintain technical documentation and prepare reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in solar PV design and installation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, inverters, panels, and balance of systems (BOS).
Hands-on experience in site supervision and technician coordination.
Good communication and leadership skills.
