Role Overview:As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions within our insurance client. You will leverage your expertise in Java, microservices, Kubernetes, AWS cloud, and transformation programs to architect scalable, resilient, and high-performing systems that align with clients business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices architectures.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

Cloud Expertise:

Leverage your expertise in AWS cloud technologies to design and implement cloud-native solutions.

Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.

Migrate legacy systems to the cloud using best practices and tools.

Domain Knowledge

Demonstrate a understanding of the insurance domain, knowledge of Guidewire Policy Suite is a plus but not mandatory.

Apply your domain knowledge to architect solutions that address specific insurance industry challenges and requirements.

Transformation Programs:

Participate in transformation programs to modernize existing systems and processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology modernization.

Develop roadmaps and migration plans for large-scale transformation initiatives
