Software Trainer

As a Software Trainer at Aixperia, you will play a crucial role in empowering interior designers, franchise partners, and other platform users to maximize their potential with Aixperia's innovative design-to-production platform. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and informative training sessions, both online and in-person, ensuring that users understand the full functionality of our software for a seamless onboarding and learning experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting software training sessions for new and existing users - Developing training materials such as manuals, tutorials, videos, and FAQs - Customizing training content to cater to different user profiles (designers, franchise partners, fit-out contractors) - Tracking learner progress and providing follow-up sessions as required - Collaborating with the product team to stay abreast of new features and updates - Gathering feedback from users to enhance training effectiveness - Assisting in onboarding new franchise showrooms and their design teams - Providing support for technical queries related to Aixperia tools and features To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience as a software trainer, support specialist, or similar role - Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience with design or CAD software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) - Basic understanding of interior design workflows - Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical users - Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills - Fluency in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus) Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in training SaaS platforms - Background in interior design, architecture, or related fields - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools or training management systems Additionally, Aixperia offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, and paid sick time for this full-time position.
