Software Trainee (Node.js,MongoDB,JavaScript)

About the role

• We are looking for passionate and fast-learning Software Trainee with a strong interest in modern web technologies like Node.js, MongoDB, JavaScript, React, and jQuery, along with an eagerness to leverage AI- powered tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance coding productivity.
• This is a great opportunity to build a strong technical foundation and work alongside experienced professionals on realworld projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in building server-side applications using Node.js.
• Work with MongoDB for database design, development, and management.
• Support development of responsive front-end applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery.
• Utilize AI-powered coding tools like GitHub Copilot to improve development speed and code quality.
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Engage in testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Stay updated with modern development trends and best practices.

What we are looking for?

• Educational background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Optimiser is a part of Glotelligence India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Glotelligence Ltd UK.
• Technical background Candidates who have completed relevant coursework, training programs, certifications, or personal projects in Node.js, React, or related technologies will be preferred.
• Should have their own personal laptop.

Desirable Qualities

• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and basic front-end concepts.
• Familiarity with Node.js fundamentals and backend development.
• Basic knowledge of MongoDB or any NoSQL database.
• Exposure to React and jQuery for front-end development.
• Awareness and interest in using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or similar for coding assistance.
• Logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strong learning attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
