Role Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer (Manual/Automation) who can provide structured training, guide learners through real-time testing practices, and make concepts easy to apply in projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sessions on Manual Testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, Test Case Design, Defect Life Cycle, etc.).
- Conduct 2-hour sessions for learners.
- Train learners in Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and related frameworks.
- Provide practical assignments, hands-on exercises, and project-based learning.
- Help learners in query resolution, debugging, and best practices.
- Ensure sessions are interactive, engaging, and industry-oriented.
Requirements:
✅ Strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing.
✅ Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, or similar tools.
✅ Previous training/mentoring/teaching experience is preferred.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of API Testing (Postman/RestAssured), Performance Testing (JMeter), or CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience with ed-tech platforms or IT training institutes.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
