Software Testing Intern

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Software Testing Intern who has completed basic certifications in software testing and possesses a strong interest in quality assurance. The intern will assist the QA team in performing testing activities, documenting test cases, and ensuring software quality across different projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test reports.
• Identify, record, and track bugs or defects using project tools.
• Support in functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers and project coordinators to ensure proper issue resolution.
• Understand and follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement discussions.
• Maintain proper testing documentation and ensure timely updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BCA, B.Sc. CS, BE, MCA, or equivalent).
• Completed or pursuing basic software testing certification (Manual or Automation).
• Basic knowledge of testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and bug tracking tools.
• Good analytical, observation, and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring product quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestLink, or Bugzilla.
• Basic exposure to automation tools such as Selenium.
• Understanding of databases and simple SQL queries.

Pay: From ₹3,000.00 per month
