Software Testing Engineer

As a Software Testing Engineer at Flow Science Software Pvt Ltd (Pune), you will be responsible for testing FLOW-3D products with a strong focus on automated testing in addition to manual testing. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products. Your role will involve planning and executing software testing activities, including developing automated test suites using Squish and Coco, as well as performing manual testing of all FLOW-3D products. You will be responsible for installation testing on all supported operating systems, such as Windows and Linux. Collaboration with development, support, and testing team members to define test specifications that meet the needs of end-users will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with good programming skills (knowledge of Python and PyQt is a plus). A strong understanding of software testing techniques, familiarity with various operating systems, and 0-2 years of experience are required. Effective communication skills, organizational abilities with attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this position. Additionally, you will be expected to be ISTQB certified. If you do not hold this certification at the time of joining, you will be required to obtain it within the probation period.
