Software Testing Engineer

As a candidate for the position, your role would involve: - Monitoring and ensuring 100% delivery of PM visits PAN India in collaboration with ASM and service coordinators - Supervising Service email and service head email to ensure timely responses to all emails - Keeping track of OTP for billable visits and ensuring discussion of OTP reports in review meetings with customers by ASM - Implementing new plans/strategies as discussed with management/HOD - Processing confirmation of trainee engineers and completing documentation with the support of the HR team - Maintaining ERP hygiene for support module and spares module - Reviewing in-house calibration and repairs, and maintaining SLA for TAT - Monitoring Service godown reviews and maintaining zero discrepancies - Attending internal business process-related meetings (Credit control, assurance, sales) - Supervising Tools and IT gadgets for the service team and providing necessary approvals - Handling customer escalations, updating, and monitoring them in ERP - Ensuring that the service team receives troubleshooting assistance from the Head Office - Creating manpower requisitions in ERP for all open positions and following up with HR for CVs, as well as conducting the first round of interviews - Following up with cross-functional teams to provide support to ASM/HOD for any issues In terms of qualifications, the position requires: - B.E. / Diploma If you require any additional information about the company, kindly let me know.,
