Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as a Software Manual Testing Fresher in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will be working from home for one year.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop comprehensive test plans for software applications.
Identify and report defects, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.
Develop and execute manual testing scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Participate in performance, stress, and other testing activities.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiarity with testing tools and technologies is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects effectively.
