Software Tester - Trainer

Job Location: Sreekaryam, Trivandrum

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and QA tools.
• Teach testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect management.
• Provide hands-on sessions using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Assist students in practical projects and interview preparation.
• Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback.
• Keep course materials updated according to industry trends.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of software testing concepts.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium or equivalent frameworks.
• Good understanding of test case design, execution, and bug reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and guiding students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in software testing or training
