Software Test Engineer – Hospitality & Quick Commerce Domain

Job Description

We are hiring Software Test Engineers with strong experience in manual and functional testing. Prior experience in Hospitality, Restaurant Tech, or Quick Commerce domains is highly preferred. You will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring our solutions are bug-free, reliable, and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities Understand product workflows and perform end-to-end functional testing Prepare test cases, test data, and test execution plans Identify, log, and track bugs using JIRA or equivalent tools Work closely with development and product teams to ensure quality Validate fixes and perform regression testing Participate in daily stand-ups, review meetings, and product demos Take ownership of test modules and ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision Required Skills & Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in manual testing Strong exposure to testing Restaurant Management Systems, POS and Hospitality Platforms. Quick Commerce tools is a plus Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar Ability to write and execute detailed test cases Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team High sense of ownership, responsibility, and energy Good to Have Exposure to API testing using Postman or similar tools Basic knowledge of automation tools like Selenium (optional) Familiarity with Agile methodologies Show more Show less
