Software Support/Tech Lead

Role Overview

Greentech ITS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Support/ Tech Lead to provide technical assistance and functional support for our software products. The role involves troubleshooting issues, guiding users, and ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or remote access.
• Troubleshoot software issues, bugs, and user queries in a timely manner.
• Guide users through functionalities, installations, and system navigation.
• Coordinate with the development team for bug escalation and resolution.
• Document user queries, solutions, and feedback for knowledge base updates.
• Perform basic software configuration and routine updates at client or internal systems.
• Ensure timely closure of tickets and maintain SLA compliance.
• Assist in training sessions or onboarding of new users or clients on the software platform.
• Monitor system logs and performance issues, and generate support reports.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of software applications and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools, remote desktop software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SQL basics or ERP systems is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in software support, application support, or a technical helpdesk role.
• Experience in supporting enterprise software, SaaS, or ERP systems preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
