Job Description

You will be joining a team at Amdocs, a company dedicated to enabling service providers to innovate and provide cutting-edge communication and media experiences. As a Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support for the T-Mobile RF cell site design product. Your key responsibilities will include: - Level 1 and Level 2 Support: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RF cell site design product. - Resolve user issues promptly and efficiently. - Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. - Swagger API Workarounds: - Develop and implement workarounds for Swagger API-related issues. - Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and functionality. - Training Recordings: - Create comprehensive training recordings for users. - Ensure training materials are up-to-date and accessible. - User Permission Management: - Manage user permissions and access controls. - Ensure security and compliance with company policies. - Training Portal Maintenance: - Maintain and update the training portal with relevant content. - Monitor portal usage and address any issues. - Confluence Page Management: - Update and maintain Confluence pages with accurate and current information. - Collaborate with team members to ensure documentation is comprehensive and clear. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in technical support, preferably in telecommunications or RF cell site design. - Strong knowledge of Swagger API and related technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create and manage training materials. - Experience with user permission management and security protocols. - Proficiency in using Confluence and maintaining documentation. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
