Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to customers through phone, email, or chat channels. You will be troubleshooting issues related to software and platforms, documenting customer problems and solutions accurately in our ticketing system. Collaborating with other technical support teams will be crucial in resolving complex issues efficiently. In this role, you will be expected to conduct research to identify solutions for new technical challenges and continuously update our knowledge base and documentation. When faced with particularly challenging problems, you will escalate the issue to higher-level support teams to ensure timely resolution. Your ability to deliver excellent customer service will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is a full-time opportunity suitable for freshers.
