We are Looking for a Service Engineer for our software company to work in Office and field ( Need Two wheeler ) - Freshers also ok ( B.sc ct. cs . IT, Bca )

Technical Support Engineer :

1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via email, phone, or on-site visits.

2. Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain company products or systems at client sites.

3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.

A software onsite service engineer installs, configures, and maintains software and hardware systems at client locations, providing hands-on technical support to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, performing upgrades and maintenance, and communicating technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users. Responsibilities

  • Technical support: Provide onsite and sometimes remote technical assistance to end-users for software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Installation and configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade software, operating systems, and related hardware like PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, diagnose problems, and apply fixes to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Problem resolution: Identify, log, and resolve technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
  • System improvement: Suggest and implement system changes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of issues, solutions, and completed work.
  • Client communication: Effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Asset and security management: Assist with managing IT asset logs, security updates, and patch management.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Experience with operating systems like Windows.
  • Proficiency in supporting a variety of software applications and hardware.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems is often required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,065.69 - ₹15,000.00 per month
