Software Sales & Onboarding Specialist

Sales & Lead Conversion

• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through ads, referrals, WhatsApp, and field visits.
• Conduct requirement discussions and identify customer needs.
• Present Flowbee.io plans, pricing, and features confidently.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.

Product Demonstration (Medium Tech Knowledge Needed)

• Give live WhatsApp automation demos to customers (Team Inbox, Chatbot, E-commerce, Broadcast, CRM, etc.).
• Explain how to set up automation workflows, catalogs, chatflows, and templates.
• Guide customers in understanding API usage, number approval, message templates, and onboarding steps.

Customer Onboarding

• Assist customers during registration, business verification, WhatsApp number onboarding, and template approvals.
• Help them set up their first chatflow, catalog, or automation use case.
• Coordinate with internal teams for implementation support when needed.

Account Management

• Follow up with activated customers to ensure successful setup.
• Track usage, adoption, and support basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain CRM updates and daily sales reports.

Team Coordination

• Work closely with the technical team, support team, and operations team.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years experience in SaaS / Software sales / CRM solutions / Digital tools.
• Basic to medium technical understanding (API basics, WhatsApp Business features, software logic).
• Strong presentation and demo skills.
• Excellent communication in English (Malayalam/Hindi added advantage).
• Ability to understand business workflows of SMEs.
• Strong closing attitude and goal-driven mindset.
