Job Summary: We are hiring a driven and energetic Software Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Patna. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling our software and digital payment solutions to businesses, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through both inbound and outbound strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct visits, calls, and referrals. Understand client requirements and offer appropriate software solutions. Deliver compelling product demos and sales presentations. Close deals and manage the entire sales cycle from lead to conversion. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client communications in CRM. Collaborate with support and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in software or SaaS sales (fintech experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B sales or selling software/digital payment products. Familiarity with the fintech landscape and digital solutions. Previous experience in client-facing roles.
