We’re looking for a Software Project Executive to coordinate, implement, and optimize ERP and institutional software systems driving efficiency, automation, and innovation across campus operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate ERP and institutional software projects
* Collaborate with departments and vendors for implementation
* Manage requirement gathering, testing & deployment
* Prepare documentation & conduct user training
* Identify areas for automation & process improvement
* Ensure data accuracy and IT governance standards
🎓 Qualifications
* Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* 2–6 years’ experience in ERP / software project coordination
* Strong knowledge of SDLC, documentation & project tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
* Good communication & coordination skills
