Software Product sales(BDE)

As a Business Development Manager in the IT/Software sector with 3-5 years of experience, your primary responsibilities will include familiarizing yourself with the Low Code Application development platform. You will be expected to deliver engaging product demonstrations to leads, prospects, and customers. Your role will involve providing support for Presales activities, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and successfully converting prospects into customers. Identifying business development opportunities by following up on leads will be a key aspect of your job. Your duties will also entail coordinating and conducting webinars for organizations globally. It will be crucial to maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their retention. Creating new sales partners and nurturing relationships with partner organizations will be essential. Crafting compelling business proposals and contracts to increase revenue from customers will be part of your routine tasks. Gathering customer feedback and recommending product upgrades or additional features will contribute to the product's enhancement. You will also be responsible for producing detailed case study documents and other relevant marketing materials. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office. Strong networking abilities, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal capabilities are highly valued. Effective time management and organizational skills will be essential for successful performance. This full-time position is based in Kochi, Kakkanad, offering a competitive salary.
