Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Manual Testing Fresher in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend process enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes.
