Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust APIs using C# and .NET technologies.
Utilize Entity Framework for efficient database migrations, optimizations, and data modeling.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices in exception handling.
Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to improve application performance and reliability.
Serve as a technical expert and mentor, providing guidance and support to other team members.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive API documentation.
Analyze and resolve technical and business challenges with strong analytical and communication skills.

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer in C# and .NET API development.
Deep knowledge of Entity Framework for database management.
Strong background in unit testing, exception handling, and API documentation.
Experience in requirements analysis, code refactoring, and debugging.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
