Software Implementation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify potential risks and ensure early issue detection.
• Test and verify software functionalities across multiple platforms and devices.
• Report and track bugs, defects, and issues within the project management system.
• Ensure that all software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
• Perform manual testing to verify software functionality.
• Work with the development team to ensure issues are resolved and retested.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improving software quality.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements in testing practices and tools.
• Lead the implementation of software applications from start to finish.
• Analyze business requirements and customize software solutions to meet those needs.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of the software with existing systems.
• Provide training to business on using the software effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Prepare and deliver implementation reports, including any customizations or configurations made.
• Ensure successful product launch and help business achieve their business goals.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist business in solving any issue

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferably from healthcare background with 2 - 4 yrs of experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
