Software Implementation Specialist

You will be working as a Software Implementation Executive at Unipro Tech Solutions, a fast-growing ERP and POS technology company based in Chennai. Your responsibilities will include: - **Software Deployment**: You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing software solutions at client sites. - **Client Training**: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they understand how to use the software effectively. - **Customization**: Work with clients to customize the software to meet their specific needs and business processes. - **Technical Support**: Provide on-site technical support during implementation and troubleshoot any arising issues. - **Project Management**: Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines and exceed client expectations. - **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of implementations, configuration settings, client feedback, and training materials. - **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact during implementation. Qualifications required for this role include: - **Education**: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - **Experience**: Freshers can also apply, with 0 to 1 year of experience in the POS software industry. - **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, databases, networks, systems integration, and Multilanguage. - **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure. - **Customer Service**: Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support. Preferred qualifications include experience with specific software products or industries relevant to the company's offerings, familiarity with remote support tools, and SOL.
