Job Description

Software Head

Key Responsibilities

Lead the embedded software, firmware, and validation teams.
Architect software for
BLDC/PMSM motor control, FOC algorithms, power electronics control
.
Oversee development of
ECU software, actuator control, HVAC/thermal electronics
.
Ensure compliance with
AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA
standards.
Manage microcontroller-based development (Infineon Aurix, NXP S32, TI C2000, STM32).
Drive software delivery for OEM projects; handle requirements, audits, releases.
Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, testing, and system engineering teams.
Manage project planning, version control, issue tracking, and documentation.
Mentor team leads; build and scale the software function.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in
motor control (BLDC/PMSM), FOC, inverter control
.
Hands-on experience in
Embedded C/C++, RTOS, CAN, LIN, UDS
.
Experience with
AUTOSAR Classic
, bootloaders, diagnostics, low-level drivers.
Exposure to
HIL/SIL/MIL
, Matlab/Simulink, calibration tools.
Strong technical leadership and automotive product development experience.

Preferred Background

Automotive Tier-1 / EV / Power Electronics / Motor Controller companies.
Experience delivering ECU or motor controller software to OEMs for SOP.
Worked on actuators, thermal systems, pumps, blowers, or mechatronics products.
