Job Description

What Ill be doing your accountabilities:

Experience in Telecommunications Networks (Fixed, Mobile and Transmission), mainly OSS.
Develop software and technical solution for the Service Assurance Area in the following domain:

Fault Management
Performance Management

Developing solutions across hybrid application landscape, consisting of legacy applications built using both COTS and homegrown applications.Installation and management of Network Monitoring Systems
Ability to multi-task, work independently and possess good problem-solving skills.
Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.
Ability to do deep dive on technical areas and get the best outcome out of technically challenging situations.
Manage concurrent application releases and deliver quality software releases on time.
Drive strong engineering practices in the team.
Ability to debug complex issues and provide the right solution.

Preferable

have Stakeholder Management and Change Management skills

Skills required for the job

Technical Expertise: Be a subject expert and drive shared learning and collaboration.
Strategic / Enterprise Perspective: Able to create and articulate a compelling holistic strategic vision and roadmap to both colleagues and external contractors. This may require an ability to articulate complex information to colleagues working outside the technical space.
Mandatory Skill set :- Telecom(OSS), NMS, Java Microservices, Java (Open JDK11), Python, Shell Scripting, REST based MicroServices, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL Database, Kafka, WebLogic, Swagger and basic of K8s, Configure dashboard reports using Grafana and ELK.
Process design & documentation: The ability to describe, map and document down to the procedural detail complete processes on a structured way. The ability to organise and structure the process flow in synchronisation with the exchanges with other processes.
